I love to tell the story behind some of my photos. The photos above are some of my favorites for very special reasons.  One may have been my very first edit while learning a specific tool, or another because it was a candid life shot.  Another simply because of the photo captured and the memory preserved.  Simple can expose beauty, and thats one of my favorite parts of black and white portraits.
